What you think and say manifests itself into reality. So you want to keep your mind with positive thoughts throughout the day when you start thinking negative thoughts just try to counter it with a positive thought.
example: thinking “I don’t feel like working out today” is a negative thought but you can counter it with a positive thought of just thinking “I’ll do at least a 15 minute workout today”.
In terms of thoughts you want the final thought on a subject to be positive so that’s what you’re mine goes with and you’ll be on track with achieving the goals that you have set for yourself.
Remember the thought is yours so the outcome is up to you.
